“My wife has been with Orchard Homecare for the past 2 years or so. Initially she had one carer per visit (morning and evening) but now needs two per visit. Orchard have been involved with the changes throughout. The staff at the office have been available to help when needed and have been professional in there responses to requests from ourselves. They have also arranged for visits from the Social Worker and Occupational Therapy as required. The carers who have visited have always been patient and thorough with the care given. They turn up on time (a few minutes either way of the set times) are dressed appropriately and carry out the duties required with the minimum of fuss. My wife feels safe and secure in their care which is a great help to me. Like all care companies they have had staffing problems from time to time but have managed to keep their service to us going under pressure with a cheery attitude.”
