If any issues arise, the office contacts me straight away so we can resolve things quickly and smoothly. My dad is very set in his routine and likes to get up at a specific time. “My wife has been with Orchard Homecare for the past 2 years or so. Initially she had one carer per visit (morning and evening) but now needs two per visit. Orchard have been involved with the changes throughout. The staff at the office have been available to help when needed and have been professional in there responses to requests from ourselves. They have also arranged for visits from the Social Worker and Occupational Therapy as required. The carers who have visited have always been patient and thorough with the care given. They turn up on time (a few minutes either way of the set times) are dressed appropriately and carry out the duties required with the minimum of fuss. My wife feels safe and secure in their care which is a great help to me. Like all care companies they have had staffing problems from time to time but have managed to keep their service to us going under pressure with a cheery attitude.”

I couldn’t ask for a better company
My mother has became more unwell over the Xmas period and had I am currently suffering with cancer and unable to support her from the moment of asking how care I could get care in when I called on boxing day the we’re happy to help and help get care in for my mother the same day the care plan was produced bespoke to my mums needs they also arrange for care connect and everything was in place within 24hr

I’ve worked for orchard home care for 3 years now in that time I’ve have worked as a carer caring for clients in their own homes I progressed to a senior position which was great gave me the opportunity to learn the rotas and on call system I have now progressed even further in the company within 3 short years I am not the training officer and care coordinator I feel proud to be given the chance to do this
