I’ve worked for orchard home care for 3 years now in that time I’ve have worked as a carer caring for clients in their own homes I progressed to a senior position which was great gave me the opportunity to learn the rotas and on call system I have now progressed even further in the company within 3 short years I am not the training officer and care coordinator I feel proud to be given the chance to do this

I couldn’t ask for a better company
My mother has became more unwell over the Xmas period and had I am currently suffering with cancer and unable to support her from the moment of asking how care I could get care in when I called on boxing day the we’re happy to help and help get care in for my mother the same day the care plan was produced bespoke to my mums needs they also arrange for care connect and everything was in place within 24hr

Since joining the organisation as their Manager I have witnessed outstanding care and commitment from the staff. The dedication of the office staff is second to none and the director, Joe truly cares about his staff and clients welfare. Best decision I ever made was joining the Orchard Family.
