Orchard Home Care Services Ltd has a quality assurance officer, who carries out a continuous
assessment of the quality of care received by clients. If the quality assurance officer is due to check the
care you are receiving she will make arrangements to visit you prior to doing so. This helps us assess the
quality of care and if any problems arise, dealing with them as soon as possible.
A more objective indication of care standards is available in the Home Care Survey dating back to
1999. Copies of this are kept at our Office.
Regular supervision meetings & feedback from our staff also helps formulate and improve provision.
