We are committed to providing value for money within the comprehensive service we offer.
Fees charged are dependant on the type of care package and the needs of the individual Service
User. Rates also vary dependant on the time of the visit. Different rates apply for the following
time slots:
Mon – Fri: 7.00am – 10.00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7.00am – 10.00pm
Bank Holidays: 7.00am – 10.00pm
Overnight Services: 10.00pm-7.00am
Depending on the individual situation of the Service User fees can be paid privately, via benefits
arranged via Social Services or via the Local Primary Care Trust.
Special Fees
Please contact your local Social Care & Health Department to request fees applicable to yourself via
a Social Care & Health contract. Fees are dependant on individual circumstances. Please click here

Payment Of Private Contract Invoices
All services are invoiced on a four weekly basis (in arrears) and we ask that payments are made on
receipt of the invoice. We currently accept Cash & Cheque payments. (Please make cheques payable to
Orchard Home Care Services Ltd) Please click here for more information regarding the private
contract service we offer. Please contact the office within 7 days if you have any queries regarding
our invoice.
NB: Your local Social Care & Health department will invoice you separately for any care arranged via them .
Cancellation
We ask for 24 hours notice (Mon-Fri) to cancel a visit. If less than 24 hours notice is provided the related
visit will still be invoiced for. For any Weekend cancellations please notify us prior to 5.00pm
on the Thursday prior to the visit otherwise the related visit will be invoiced for.
